Welcome

This is a place about the other consciousness. This is the realm we sense magic and mystery. Spirits, ghosts, guardian angels, UFOs, hauntings , near-death experiences , out-of-body experiences, clairvoyance, telepathy, remote viewing , mediums, EVP [electronic voice phenomenon], reincarnations and any psychic phenomenon.

There is as much an unquenchable thirst and passion about the other worlds as there are skeptics equally fiery in debunking the unexplained and supernatural. But it is one thing to talk about it and an another to experience it . Even to hear from someone trustworthy relating their encounter can send shivers down the spine or create waves of deep peace and joy in our hearts.

"What's it all about, Alfie?", as the song goes. Ultimately all quests to understand the other realities betray a yearning to fathom the mystery of life itself. What will we be after we die?. Is there an afterlife?. Shall I be plucking the strings of my harp, singing hymns in heaven or or visiting the 18 levels in Hell?. What is the meaning of it all?. To know something of the beyond is a gain in our search for the significance of man.

This blog hopes to gather truthful anecdotes from credible witnesses starting from the people in Malaysia with its varied religious diversity. But everyone from anywhere is invited. And I also welcome opinions and beliefs from skeptics and fans alike.

I hope you can share with everyone your experience and conviction of the other dimensions.

Lost in another world

In the early 90's, I was working as a Fashion Designer in Muar. I used to drive to work from Malacca to Muar everyday until I found a place to stay with a young Christian couple.

After work, I normally drove to a Hindu Temple in town, to pray and had my dinner before going home. The town centre is about 3km away from where I stayed.

One evening, after having my dinner in town, I drove home as usual. While passing a certain spot, I saw a small white shadow passing across the road, right in front of me. I heard a small noise "Tick" and I thought I hit a white cat. I didn't stop to check because that stretch of road was dark. Then I started to wonder :"If I hit a cat, it could have miowed loudly, no?" But there wasn't any noise other than that sound "Tick".

Anyway, while driving, I felt a bit uncomfortable as if someone was behind the seat, a kind of eerie feeling.

Then, I began to realize that the roads which I used each evening looked different. No street lights, no houses nor any buildings in sight, just pitch dark. I wanted to stop and turn back but my hand would not move and I kept driving and felt that I was under control by something. I also felt that I had been driving for a long, long time.

At a distance, I saw some lanterns hanging outside one building. I challenged myself to sway my steering to the left toward that building. I succeeded and stopped in front of it. It was a restaurant and the owner was about to shut the door. I asked her: "Can you please let me know where I am? I want to go back to the xxxx area where I live."

The lady told me:"My God! You are 15km away from where you live."

I took my car and managed to drive home, though I still felt as if someone was watching me from the backseat. I finally reached home but was not in peace because I felt that as if that "someone" was following me where ever I went.

I watched a bit of TV and went to bed. That night, I was awakened by a terrible nightmare. I didn't know if it was a dream or reality. I saw a half-naked dark skinned man without his head was trying to possess me. I got up and turned on the light and not too long after that, it was sunrise.

I then went to work as usual, had my prayers at the Hindu Temple and packed "wonton noodles" home for dinner. When I was at a junction just outside town centre, I looked very carefully before I made a left turn. So, when I began to turn my car, I saw big spot light coming from the right touching my right cheek and the only words that I said to myself :"I am dead, this time."

The next thing I knew is that a Honda Cup hit into the car's door (driver's side) and someone had just flew through a backseat's window screen. The miracle was that, I was not hurt at all, although my car screen and backseat window's screen were shattered into pieces and the person who flew into my backseat only sustained a minor cut above his eyebrow.

The driver of the motorbike was not hurt at all. When he got up, first thing he asked me was "How much you are going to pay me?" rather than to check how his passenger friend was doing behind at my car seat. The young man got up and cursed him :"Told you not to speed!"

To cut the story short - my colleague and his wife came and sent me home.

I didn't go to work the next day. I slept in and was awakened by the same nightmare but this time was at 12 noon. The following nights, I had the same nightmare.

A friend helped to fix my car in 3 days. As usual, after work, I drove to the Hindu Temple and had my dinner before heading home. The next day was Saturday, 1/2 day's work and drove back to Malacca.

I still felt someone was following me all the times. I had the same nightmare in Malacca. I prayed at the altar and also went to the Hindu Temple in Gajah Berang where we used to live close by when we were kids.

Sometimes, I had strange dreams also. I dreamed the Elephant God called me to the temple in Malacca. So, I went and it was a religious festival of the Elephant God held in the temple.

When I drove back to Muar on Monday, I had another strange dream. I dreamt that I found a gold chain and the Hindu God told me to bring it to his wife, Latchmi.

Next morning, when I walked near the gate of the factory, I saw some gold-like thing sticking out of the red earth ground. I pulled it out and it was a gold-like long necklace with lots of pendants that embossed with a Hindu God figure.

When I returned to Malacca the following weekend, I went to the Hindu Temple in Malacca and told the Hindu priest about the dream I had and the gold chain that I found and gave to the priest.

After all these incidents, I found myself always being surrounded by uninvited problems and troubles. In my bed room in Malacca, I also felt there was an unclean spirit there. So, I decided to talk to it and said that, if you were the female spirit that lived in the banana tree near my bedrood, please tell me if I could help you. That night alone, I was awaken by a chill and saw a female white figure staring at me fiercely, a kind of an angry warning. Besides that, I always found bruise marks on my body.

Once my mom slept in my bedroom and when she woke up, she showed me her hand that had 2 puncture holes. She didn't know how these punture wounds came about.

One fine day, my eldest brother who is a Christian invited me over to Penang. I stayed with him and shared his Christian faith with me. That is when I first became a Believer. After the Baptism, I had never got that kind of nightmare anymore.

The only experience I had was, on the eve of my Baptism, I was strangled by an unknown figure till my body was half dangling outside the bed. The only thing I said to this strange figure was that "No matter what you do, I still will be baptised, tomorrow." I did.
